My role is to help you achieve a sense of well being whilst allowing your body to heal. You are welcome as a complete beginner or as a more experienced yogi. My classes are inclusive and in 1:1 sessions I love tailoring your yoga experience to help you feel fulfilled.
We live in a fast paced world and yoga has withstood the test of time. Sometimes it feels indulgent to slow down and focus on ourselves. Practising yoga gives you space and time to reflect, to stop, to breathe and to feel. Those who do benefit physically and mentally.
